Elizabeth leads the global design services practice for IBM with multi-disciplinary experience in user research, design, and technology. Her passion and creativity have impacted some of the world’s most recognized brands with regular engagements and workshops with the C-suite. She recently co-created the world’s first cognitive mobility platform, OnStar Go, powered by IBM Watson, and believes in the capacity of AI to transform both the enterprise and everyday human experiences.

For two decades Elizabeth has led creative, design, and technology teams to produce ground- breaking ideas for organizations including Thornberg & Forester (co-founder), Havas, Suissa Miller, Trollback & Company and Freestyle Collective. Her portfolio includes campaigns and game-changing digital, mobile and wearable platforms for brands such as Google, Microsoft, Ford, John Deere, Viacom, American Express, Apple, Turner, Fidelity, Schwab, GM, GE, Khan Academy and many more.

Powered by a mission to transform customer experiences into meaningful engagements that drive growth, Elizabeth’s day ranges from identifying and mentoring the newest crop of talent to capturing the pulse of an ever-changing innovation and technology landscape. Her sales and business acumen drive go to market teams for the pioneering platforms and products she creates. Her thought leadership landed her on the stages of TED, Cannes and Promax/BDA in India.

Register for EG 2020.

30 April - 2 May 2020

Our team has been working hard behind the scenes to bring you a superb program for EG2020. However, in light of growing and legitimate concerns regarding the rapid spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) which have gutted international events of all sizes, we have made the difficult decision to put EG on hiatus until it is once again deemed safe.

We know how much each of you look forward to EG and we were looking forward to seeing old friends, and welcoming many new ones, but we do need to prioritize the health and safety of our attendees, presenters, and partners, especially those traveling from afar.

We will be in touch in due course with future plans.
