Paula Apsell

If you’ve ever learned something from a science documentary on public television — and who hasn’t? — you can thank Paula.  She is Director of WGBH’s Science Unit, Executive Producer of WGBH’s NOVA, and a tenacious, endlessly inquisitive driving force behind the sharing of all wonders scientific. Among other awards, for her career contribution to the understanding of science, she received the Bradford Washburn Award at Boston’s Museum of Science — the Museum’s proudest honor; and MIT’s Vannevar Bush Fellowship in the Public Understanding of Science.
